We are committed to providing premium quality imitation jewellery. Kindly read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns
Due to the nature of imitation jewellery and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered.
Please ensure that you verify the product details before placing your order.
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- A wrong item
- A missing item
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Share the following:
- Order Number
- Unboxing Video (Mandatory)
- Product Images
- Delivery Package Images
Without an unboxing video, replacement requests cannot be accepted.
Replacement Eligibility
Replacement will be provided only if:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged during transit
- Manufacturing defect
After verification, we will arrange a replacement.
If the same product is unavailable, store credit or refund may be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Colour variation due to screen settings
- Size expectations
- Ordered by mistake
- Used products
- Customized products
Refunds
Refunds will be processed only if:
- Product cannot be replaced
- Order cancelled before dispatch
- Product unavailable after purchase
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
